The rumors have been flying fast and furious about what business is coming to the 40/42 retail hotspot.

4042.com received confirming information from our sources today (6/21) that a Golden Corral will be the next construction we will see starting at the intersection.

Golden Corral opened their first restaurant in 1973 in Fayetteville, and since that time have grown into a North Carolina standard.

Our source reports that the final contracts will be signed this Friday (6/23) and construction will begin as early as Monday (6/26).

The new restaurant will be constructed in the area that has been cleared for development behind the RE/MAX Southland offices.
