With a clear sky overhead
on Saturday (May 13), the temps hit the 90's as the First Annual Spring Festival drew in a steady stream of visitors.
There was plenty to do for the whole family...from rides on the giant slide for the kids to the great variety of items on sale, information, and demonstrations in the booths. Those working up an appetite had plenty of food offerings to select from also!
The car show had a huge selection of vintage and customized autos on display and was a crowd favorite. The CareVan was onsite
and the staff worked hard all day to provide free children identification tags for vistors to their booth.
Sidewalk sales, the cake bake-off, an auction and the entertainment provided on the outdoor stage all contributed to make the day a great family outing.
