We moved back to Clayton in 1997 (Kay is a native of Clayton). Hensley has been in real estate for over 30 years. He saw a need for property management and Clayton Residential Rentals was formed. We started the company in the basement of our home - one home at a time. Today we have three full time employees and approximately 300 homes we manage 0 most of which are within 20 minutes from Clayton. Clayton Residential Rentals prides itself on superior property management services to our owners and good quality housing for our tenants. We love living and working in Clayton.
