Owner and agent Bruce Hamrick states, "I wanted to have the opportunity to provide quality products at the best available rates to more than a select demographic. I can now shop rates and products for my clients, saving them time, energy and effort."

Family Insurance offers home, automobile, commercial, health and life insurance, as well as group benefits. As an independent insurance agency, Hamrick is able to work with a variety of insurance companies to get the best price possible. Some of the companies he represents include Aflac, Travelers, Farmers, Progressive, United Healthcare and GMAC. Hamrick is happy to be working in Cleveland.

Hamrick and his wife Summer settled in the area 10 years ago; originally from Maryland. They have two daughters, ages four and nine months. Before looking into the insurance field, Hamrick served in the army and as a police officer in Raleigh. He's currently completing a business degree from Campbell University's RTP campus. "We like our neighborhood and the people in the area," said Hamrick. "I've wanted to work with local people and this is my way of doing it."
