The garden features sculptures from the marching band's shows, a walking path in the shape of a "W", and benches for seating. The garden also boasts a variety of beautiful plants. Proud Principal, Brookie Honeycutt, states, "This is an excellent example of a local business joining forces with our parent boosters to provide learning opportunities that are meaningful and serve the needs of our students." {mosimage}BENSON -- West Johnston High School students created a beautiful Reading & Sculpture Garden, funded by a $5,000 grant from Lowe's. Willam Wever, Horticulture and Landscaping teacher at West Johnston, led his students is designing the garden for the school. "The goal was to create an area where the students could gather, study, eat and socialize in a beautiful natural environment," says Weaver.
