Downtown Smithfield - The Ham and Yam Festival Pageant will be held April 18, 2009 and applications are now being accepted. The pageant is open to young ladies 0-25 in various age divisions. This is a community service based pageant with lots of fun and worthwhile events throughout the year for the young ladies that win.
